You always make sure everything is charged… but what about you? 🔋 For years, I kept going until there was nothing left in the tank. Rest only came when my body forced me to stop. Now I’m learning to recharge before I hit empty. Truthfully, I still struggle with this. Sometimes I have to schedule rest and intentionally slow myself down. My body still protests after spending so many years in survival mode. But one thing I know for sure: I will never let myself run all the way to empty again.
